Anyone can type a policy number into a form. Before a carrier on ClickCourier can place a single bid, a person on our side has to have seen their actual certificates — and those certificates have to still be in date.
- Goods in Transit cover — pays out if your goods are damaged or lost in the vehicle.
- Hire & Reward insurance — legally required to carry goods for payment. Ordinary van insurance excludes it.
- Monitored, not filed — when a policy lapses, that carrier stops being able to bid the same day.
- Per vehicle too — MOT and vehicle insurance are checked on the van doing your job, not just the company.

Every job ends with the recipient’s name, their signature, the delivery time and photographs where they matter — kept on your account so you can still produce it months later when an invoice is queried.
